And He's Off!

Well, after a couple of months of taking small steps, our little guy has FINALLY gotten the balance and the courage to truly start walking. Over the past week he has gone from mostly crawling, taking no more than a dozen or so steps at a time, to walking more than crawling. Last week he started crawling to a point where he was comfortable walking from and standing up on his own and walking the rest of the way, and a couple of days ago he started standing up from where he was and walking to wherever he wanted to be. It has been fun for all of us to watch him progress and we are so happy that Bill has been here to see the progression, from his first steps a couple of days before Ryan's first birthday to full blown walking just shy of 14 months. Way to go Ry!
